What is the lead time to place an order?
It takes 1-3 business days to process the order and 3-14 days to deliver depending on your location.
What are the variances for the freight charges?
Shipping rates vary on the destination:
For all multi-gym and selectorized machines:
- West Coast: $350 per machine
- Mid U.S.: $400 per machine
- East Coast: $450 per machine
For plate-loaded, large cardio, large free weight, large rack, and wall mounts:
- West Coast: $300 per machine
- Mid U.S.: $350 per machine
- East Coast: $400 per machine
For small cardio, free weights, large storage, pilates table, small racks, wall mounts, and rigs:
- West Coast: $250 per machine
- Mid U.S.: $300 per machine
- East Coast: $350 per machine
For small storage and small benches:
- West Coast: $175 per unit
- Mid U.S.: $188 per unit
- East Coast: $200 per unit
For cable attachment sets, weights, and accessories:
- Weights set larger than 100 lbs are calculated at checkout.
- Cable and storage attachment kits are calculated at checkout.
- All fitness kits are calculated at checkout.
What are the payment terms associated with the orders?
Payment terms may vary depending on the project scope, delivery, and service. Depending on your budget, flexible financing is available if a payment plan is needed. Our team can create a custom quotation in a proforma invoice before you make an order confirmation.
Can multiple discounts be applied to the order?
No, multiple discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount can be applied per order.
Are there refunds and exchanges?
Yes, we have a 14-day refund and exchange window from the day you receive your order. However, we do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or in error.
How do I return an item?
If your return is approved, we will provide you a Return Shipping Label and detailed instructions. You can have a parcel pick it up at your location or drop it off to them.
When do you accept returns & exchanges?
We accept returns & exchanges within a 14 day window. If you are unsatisfied with your item for whatever reason, please contact us within that timeframe.
Do you have financing?
Yes, there’s a financing option when you check out via Shop pay.
How do I register my product for warranty?
Registering your product for warranty depends on the brand of equipment you purchased. To point you in the right direction, here are the direct links for the manufacturers to activate your warranty:

- Weight It Out: Email to support@proefficientfitness.com with your order number, detailed pictures and descriptions of the products.
If you purchased equipment from multiple brands, please make sure to submit each registration form separately. Once registered, you’ll receive confirmation and warranty coverage details directly from the manufacturer.
How long does it take for the return or exchange to be processed?
The return and exchange process takes 7 business days but shouldn't take more than 15 days. This starts from emailing us, receiving a Return Shipping Label, sending it back to us, processing it, and handling your original fees for refund or store credit.
What does the warranty cover and not cover?
Warranty coverage varies by brand. For in-depth information on the item you purchased, please refer to the product manual.
To summarize the warranty in a nutshell, here is usually what's covered and what's not covered:
Covered:
- Defects in condition or functionality which make the product unusable.
- Cracks in handles, workmanship or manufacture defects, structural damage, etc.
- Unsafe components, frames, and parts that tend to fail and need repair or replacement.
Not Covered:
- Scratches, Dings, Tarnishes, Chips, Removal of Coating, Cosmetic Damage, and Intentional Damage.
- Wear-and-tear of rubber materials including but not limited to, rubber feet, rubber handles, rubber grips, plastic inserts, rollers, end caps, bushings, accessories, and expendable parts such as paint finish and vinyl.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we will send you tracking information to your email within 24 hours when your order leaves the warehouse.
Can I get an update on my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. From there, you can check your order status and know when your item(s) will arrive.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please don't hesitate to contact us right away. Kindly inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive before signing to confirm delivery.
Please take photos of the damaged item(s) and send them to returns@proefficientfitness.com with your order number and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
What if I change my mind or don’t like the product?
We understand that sometimes the product won't work out for you. Return eligibility depends on the brand and product type. We require items to be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days. Restocking fees or return shipping costs may apply.
Depending on the brands' policies:
Muscle D Fitness: Custom manufacturing sales are final once shipped. Shipping fees are also non-negotiable and non-refundable. Please let us know if there’s a unique situation before completing your order to avoid any errors.
XMARK Fitness: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging with all documentation, parts and accessories. At your expense, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on returned and on refused shipments.
GoFit: All sales are final and we cannot provide a refund or exchange for this brand.
Homegrown Lifting & Weight It Out: We accept returns for exchange or refund 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. You are responsible for return shipping on exchanges or non-defective warranty items. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition. Items returned to us AFTER 10 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit.
Rage: You may return new/unused product in their original packaging within 10 days of the delivery date. Please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Bear Komplex: We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit on all products that are in new and resellable condition within 30 days of delivery. For large equipment, a 20% restocking fee applies. Return labels are unable to be generated past the 30 day return window.
WalkingPad: There are no refunds or exchanges on this brand unless the seller is at fault for the order, which is a rare case. If you receive the wrong item already damaged or with missing parts, please email returns@proefficientfitness.com with your proof of purchase and the reason for return alongside images. This is the only exception to meet the return criteria.
All other orders are not accepted for returns in the following criteria:
- Accidental Order
- Better Price Available
- No reason given
- No longer needed or wanted
- Not compatible or not useful for intended purpose
- Ordered wrong style/size/color
- Damaged by the customer
Does the equipment come with a manual and assembly instructions?
Yes, all equipment includes a user manual and assembly instructions in the box. Some may have a QR code for digital instructions.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay securely through Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo at checkout.

What does your white-glove service entail?
Our white-glove service is designed to make your delivery and setup seamless and stress-free. This premium option includes:
- Delivery to your room of choice, not just curbside
- Unboxing and full assembly of your equipment
- Placement and setup exactly where you want it
- Removal of all packaging materials once the job is done
This service is especially recommended for commercial, business, or home gym setups that require professional handling. Accessibility and pricing may vary by delivery location but our team will confirm the logistics during your quotation process.
What do I do if my machine breaks down?
If your machine shows signs of malfunction, you will need to contact customer service in the item's respective manufacturer. Please be ready to provide your order number, product details, and a clear description with photos of the problem.

XMARK Fitness:
To obtain warranty service, you must contact the phone number directly from the product manual. Any defective parts must be returned to XMARK to obtain warranty service. Any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the parts or product must be prepaid. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any parts or product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment. You must present XMARK with proof-of-purchase documents, including the date of purchase. Any evidence of alteration, erasure, or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents will be subject to void this warranty.
WalkingPad:
We have a one-year guarantee for WalkingPad products. All returns and repairs are complimentary within 30 days from the delivery date. If the product is returned and repaired within the warranty period but more than 30 days from the delivery date then the customer is responsible for accrued shipping; however, the repair and return of the product to the customer is free of charge.
Weight It Out:
All warranty inquiries should be emailed to support@proefficientfitness.com with detailed pictures and issues of the product(s).
Rage Fitness:
Warranty is guaranteed for a period of one year from the original purchase invoice date against faulty manufacturing or defective materials. Damage caused by abusive use will not be covered as it does not constitute defective material or faulty workmanship. If you meet this criteria, please reach out to support@proefficientfitness.com with detailed pictures and issues of the product(s).
HomeGrown Lifting:
All products come with a 1-year money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied. Please reach out to support@proefficientfitness.com and provide us detailed pictures and issues of the product(s) and we will send you a paid Return Shipping Label for products with manufacturing defects. If the product is non-defective, you must pay for return shipping on exchanges. Shipping is only free if you're replacing items due to manufacturing defects.
GoFit:
We only accept items that arrive damaged. If you find any faults from the shipper or manufacturer, please take photos of the box and any damages to the product to provide to us in assistance of any carrier claim that may need to be filed. Please contact support@proefficientfitness.com to discuss any and all further actions.
Bear Komplex:
If you have any questions or receive a damaged/defective product, please contact support@proefficientfitness.com with detailed pictures and issues of the product(s).
Can I make changes to my order once it's submitted?
If there's anything you forgot, you can contact sales@proefficientfitness.com within 48 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once the order is in transit, changes are no longer possible.
When will my item ship?
It takes 1-2 business days for the item(s) to ship directly from the warehouse. Depending on your delivery location, shipping times may vary but takes no more than 14 days tops.
I only received a partial of my order, where is the rest of my order?
Some orders may be shipped from different warehouses so they're packed separately. This is nothing to worry about and you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
If part of your order hasn’t arrived within a few days of the first delivery, you can check the additional tracking updates. We'll make sure you're notified once the full order has delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the continental United States in exclusion to Hawaii or Alaska.
What does the shipping process look like?
Once you place your order and it's processed, our team will prepare your fitness equipment for shipment. You will then receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once it's in transit. If the item is expensive, someone will need to be available at the delivery address to receive the equipment to confirm delivery.
