Refund policy
At ProEfficient Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. All products are fully insured and backed up by warranty. We recommend utilizing the warranty before initiating a return. Please review our return and refund policy very carefully.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized, personalized, or special-order items.
- Items that have been used, assembled, installed, or altered in any way.
- Items missing parts or not in its original condition.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at returns@proefficientfitness.com. Please provide us:
- Your order number,
- The item(s) you wish to return, and
- The reason for return.
Note: All return requests are sent directly to the manufacturer. If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Shipping Label and detailed instructions. For large freight items, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please package items securely to prevent damage during transit. We cannot accept returns for items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging or external factors.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved Returns: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If more than 15 days have passed since return approval, please contact us at support@proefficientfitness.com. - Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included free or discounted shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover handling and restocking expenses.
Exchanges
Due to the size and nature of fitness equipment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please complete the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Within 48 Hours of Purchase: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours if they have not yet shipped. A 15% restocking fee applies to cover processing costs.
- After 48 Hours: Once the order has been processed for shipping (typically after 48 hours), cancellations are no longer possible, even if the item has not yet shipped.
