CUSTOM GYM BUILDS

BUILD A GYM AROUND YOUR SPACE.

Tell us the room, the training you want to support and the budget you are working to. We put together the equipment list, check it fits, and send you a single quote you can act on.

HOW A CUSTOM BUILD WORKS

Four steps. One quote.

No design fees and no obligation. The process exists so the equipment list you receive actually matches the room it has to live in.

1 — Tell us about the space

Dimensions, ceiling height, flooring, access and power. A rack that will not clear a 7ft ceiling is the most common and most expensive mistake we prevent.

2 — Choose the training focus

Strength, cardio, functional, rehab or a mix. Membership profile matters more than square footage when deciding how many stations you need.

3 — We spec the equipment

You receive an itemised list drawn from our commercial and home ranges, with alternatives at different budget tiers where they exist.

4 — Review the quote

One quote covering the full list, including any volume pricing that applies. Adjust it, or order it.

FAQ

Before you get in touch.

Is there a charge for the equipment list or quote?

No. Putting an equipment list and quote together is part of buying from us. Nothing is committed until you place an order.

Do you design the gym layout?

Yes. Send us your floor plan or the room dimensions and we will help with layout and design so the equipment works as a system rather than a shopping list. We also help with flooring and installation, and we will tell you plainly when something will not fit the space you have.

What information should I have ready?

Room dimensions including ceiling height, the flooring already in place, the access route and door widths, how many people will train at once, and a budget range. Ceiling height and door width are the two that most often change the answer.

What if my ceiling height is limited?

It rules some equipment out rather than all of it. Full power racks and anything involving an overhead press or pull-up bar need real clearance; half racks, plate-loaded machines and most cardio do not. Send us the measurement and we will work within it.

Can I mix commercial and home equipment?

Yes, and often that is the right answer. What matters is the duty rating against how the equipment will actually be used. If a lighter unit will not hold up in your setting, we will say so rather than sell it to you.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes — custom gym buildout packages carry volume pricing for gym owners. The saving depends on the size and mix of the list, so it is applied when we put the quote together.

Can you work to a fixed budget?

Yes. Our range spans roughly under $100 to $2,000 and above per item across five price tiers, so most lists can be built to a number. Where a cheaper alternative exists we will show it beside the original.

How long does a quote take?

It depends on the length of the list. We will give you a realistic timeframe when you get in touch rather than a fast one we cannot hold to. If you would rather talk it through, call (415) 926-9778, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm PST.

How does delivery work?

Depending on the product and supplier, orders may ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse to you. Either way ProEfficient Fitness stays your single point of contact. Terms, timeframes and costs are set out in our shipping policy — tell us about the access route and any stairs or lifts when you enquire, because that affects what can be delivered and how.

What happens after I approve the quote?

You place the order and we confirm it. Anything you want to change or return afterwards is covered by our returns and refunds policy.
